    Even by simply changing what kind of “aid” is sent, Israel could then use their own tax money to buy the weapons. For example if Israel gets free datacenters they could then use the billions they “saved” on R&D investments and use that money to buy weapons with it, having even more available to invest in their own arms industry. Critical to know is that most Israeli weapons are mostly not manufactured in Israel, primarily R&D is done there. Production mostly happens in the US or Europe.
