Garbage fine by tyrannical government trying to police what you do online. Stop age verification!

You missed one: don’t use ai to generate images.

However, it wasn’t long ago that Peter Hummelgaard, the Minister of Justice, said “we must break with the totally erroneous perception that it is everyone’s civil liberty to communicate on encrypted messaging services.” This very anti-privacy statement is quite alarming and consistent with the idea of banning VPNs. Hopefully that’s the end of it, but I know I’d be very conscious of my privacy if I lived in Denmark right now.

Whelp there goes AOSP.
Time for !linuxphones@lemmy.ca

This is the stepping stone to banning vpn.

The ndp voted for this horrible bill sadly.

Reject this authoritarian bill that put your personal data at higher risk of breaches. Write to your mp demanding that they oppose this awful nonsense and instead focus on educating parents on device parental controls.

Watch Mark Carney pretend like “it’s too hard for these 2 small businesses trying to make ends meet”

Can you link it?

Where did you find this interesting map?

Lesotho is shocking.

Keep joining Codeberg!
Canada is attempting to pass age verification with bill s-209 and Spain bans Graphene from being used in Catalonia.

First-past-the-post: I will elect out of touch politicians with only 39% of the vote.
Then the people will eat up all the poor excuses from the rich from implementing real democratic proportional representation.
My subbed comms count is at 1409 and the animations are slick!

Eeeh there’s indies to play instead.
The article says Reddit isn’t protecting the privacy of children while contradicting itself by saying it needs age verification for this…. in reality this leads to user profiling and data breaches.
